The Cast of Skull the Slayer Remake!

Skull the Slayer (James Patrick Scully) is a fictional Marvel Comics character that debuted in his own book in August, 1975. Skull the Slayer is a trained soldier turned superhero who wears a Scorpion power belt that enhances his strength and durability. The belt also has preservative effects on his body's metabolism. On one occasion, Scully was able to funnel energy into explosive force. The full capabilities of the belt are unknown.

Jim Scully was an adventurer whose plane went through a time warp in the Bermuda Triangle, marooning him and three companions in an alternate Earth where dinosaurs, primitives, and aliens co-existed. Scully and his three companions were eventually rescued and returned to their own world by the Thing of the Fantastic Four. He served in Doctor Druid's team of occult investigators the Shock Troop alongside Sepulchre and N'Kantu, the Living Mummy. Skull the Slayer found his way back to the alternate earth as the member of a prospecting expedition, along with Lee Forrester, and sent a message back to our earth asking to be saved. The Future Foundation found the message buoy and contacted the X-Men (since Forrester, who had recorded the message, had specifically asked for Cyclops and Magneto), and the two teams travelled through the portal to the other world. The heroes discovered that time passes differently in the new realm and the survivors had experienced three years passing since the buoy had been launched. After an invasion attempt by the alien Emperor against both groups' native Earth was thwarted by the efforts of the heroes, Skull and Lee, who had fallen in love with each other, decided to stay behind and safeguard two artifacts which would ensure peace between the alternate Earth's tribes.

Aleytys "Lee" Forrester is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Her first appearance was in Uncanny X-Men #143. Forrester is a resident of Florida and the captain of the fishing trawler, Arcadia. Cyclops of the X-Men, a.k.a. Scott Summers, hires himself aboard the Arcadia during a leave of absence. Lee is targeted by the supernatural being D'Spayre after her father, Jock, commits suicide over the loss of his wife. D'Spayre is defeated by Cyclops and D'Spayre's principal enemy, the Man-Thing.

Scott and Lee engage in a brief romantic relationship. They are shipwrecked on an island inhabited by Magneto in the Bermuda Triangle, and Magneto reveals Scott's identity as Cyclops to her. Lee eventually breaks off their relationship, claiming she doesn't want to become involved in the X-Men's dangerous lives,but becomes sexually intimate with Magneto after she rescues him from a shark attack. However, she and Magneto drift apart when duty compels him to become headmaster of Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters. After this, she becomes interested in Cable, but does not pursue it after she learns that he is the son of Cyclops, from the future.

Lee returns years later as the skipper for an expedition force which, after sailing through a dimensional warp within the Bermuda Triangle, is stranded in an alternate Earth, the same one the adventurer James Scully (who had been hired to join the expedition as a guide) once traveled to. After three years, the only three surviving members - Stanislaus, Forrester and Scully - send a message buoy through the dimensional rift which brought them to this world. It is found by the Future Foundation, with whom the X-Men team up and travel to the alternate world to retrieve the stranded. However, it had only been days for the Earth-based heroes as time passes much differently in the dimension Lee and the others were in. 

In the meantime, Lee came into contact and successfully negotiated with an unpredictable local tribe, the Taddak, for their alliance against the more hostile tribes under the leadership of the alien Emperor. In the struggle which follows, Lee and Skull secure two artifacts which maintain the delicate balance between the tribes of this Earth. In the time they spent here, the two fell in love with each other, so Lee refuses the X-Men and the Future Foundation's offer to return to her native Earth, instead staying with Skull and safeguarding the two artifacts

Lucas Bishop is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, particularly titles associated with the X-Men. He first appears as a member of Xavier's Security Enforcers (initially called the Xavier School Enforcers), a mutant police force from a dystopian future of the Marvel Universe. He travels to the 20th century and joins the X-Men, a team he knew only as legends. An example of 1990s anti-authority antiheroes, Bishop experiences difficulty adjusting to the norms of the time period. In the mid-2000s, Bishop took on an antagonistic role over the course of several storylines. Bishop's mutant ability enables him to absorb all forms of radiant or conductive energy that are directed towards him and to release that energy from his body. This power is passive, allowing Bishop to absorb energy at all times.

He can release this energy in many different forms, usually as concussive blasts of biokinetic energy, even amplified compared to the absorbed amount. Bishop can also store absorbed energy within his personal reserves, whereupon the energy increases his strength and recuperative abilities, as well as affording him a measure of invulnerability.

Deadpool (Wade Winston Wilson) is a fictional antihero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by artist/writer Rob Liefeld and writer Fabian Nicieza, the character first appeared in The New Mutants #98 (cover-dated February 1991). Initially Deadpool was depicted as a supervillain when he made his first appearance in The New Mutants and later in issues of X-Force, but later evolved into his more recognizable antiheroic persona. Deadpool, whose real name is Wade Wilson, is a disfigured and mentally unstable mercenary with the superhuman ability of an accelerated healing factor and physical prowess. The character is known as the "Merc with a Mouth" because of his talkative nature and tendency to break the fourth wall, which is used by writers for humorous effect and running gags.

Weasel (Jack Hammer) is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Weasel is a friend, sidekick, information broker and arms dealer for Deadpool. Weasel is perhaps Deadpool's best friend. However, because of his frequent mood swings and tenuous mental state, Deadpool still often abuses or mistreats him. Weasel has also displayed an opportunistic streak against his friend's interests on occasions.

Bob is a fictional antihero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics and a sidekick of Deadpool. A cowardly young man, Bob was persuaded into joining the criminal organization Hydra by his wife, Allison, who accused him of not being able to hold a steady job. The thought of a stable career with a dental plan also appealed to Bob, though he was disappointed to find out Hydra does not offer full dental like Advanced Idea Mechanics (AIM). During Deadpool's assault on Hydra to rescue the captured Agent X, he ran into Bob and coerced Bob into helping him. Bob was hesitant, as Hydra would not allow him back into the organization after having betrayed them, but Deadpool, at the time four inches tall, tortured him with a security card until he relented. He then forced Bob to fly them to safety in one of Hydra's jets, though Bob did not know how to pilot an aircraft.

Carnage (Cletus Kasady) is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, usually as an enemy of Spider-Man. The character first appeared as Cletus Kasady in The Amazing Spider-Man #344 (March 1991) and as Carnage in The Amazing Spider-Man #360. Carnage was created by writer David Michelinie and artists Erik Larsen and Mark Bagley, based on elements of the precursor character Venom. Along with Venom, the character belongs to a race of amorphous extraterrestrial parasites known as the Symbiotes. Cletus Kasady is a psychopath and a homicidal sadist. 

Hydra is a fictional terrorist organization appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The name "Hydra" is a reference to the mythical Lernaean Hydra. The organization's motto references the myth of the Hydra, stating that "If a head is cut off, two more shall take its place", proclaiming their resilience and growing strength in the face of resistance. Hydra agents often wear distinctive green garb featuring a serpent motif.

Baron Wolfgang von Strucker is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Baron Strucker, a former Nazi officer, is one of the leaders of Hydra and an enemy of S.H.I.E.L.D., the Avengers, and the interests of the United States of America and of the free world in general. He has been physically augmented to be nearly ageless. He has been seemingly killed in the past only to return to plague the world with schemes of world domination and genocide, time and time again.

Andrea von Strucker and Andreas von Strucker are two fictional characters appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. They are the German twin children of supervillain Baron von Strucker of HYDRA and the half-siblings of Werner von Strucker.

Marvin Arthur "Marv" Wolfman (born May 13, 1946) is an American comic book writer. He is best known for lengthy runs on Marvel Comics's The Tomb of Dracula, for which he and artist Gene Colan created the vampire-slayer Blade, and DC Comics's The New Teen Titans and the Crisis on Infinite Earths limited series with George Pérez.

Ziggy Pig and Silly Seal are fictional, funny-animal comic-book  characters created by cartoonist Al Jaffee for Marvel Comics' 1940s predecessor, Timely Comics, during the period fans and historians call the Golden Age of Comic Books. Ziggy Pig and Silly Seal were a type of traditional comedy duo, the straight man and the stooge. Ziggy, who wore a blue hat and a black and yellow sweater with a red "Z", was the slightly smarter of the two, with Silly, a white seal with a toboggan cap and a scarf, the bumbling but occasionally triumphant sidekick whose "help" resulted in humorous complications. The two often found themselves united on comic-book covers against antagonist Toughy Cat.

Xemnu the Titan, also known as Xemnu the Hulk, is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Xemnu is an alien who has attempted to conquer the Earth several times. Xemnu possesses great superhuman strength, almost comparable to the She-Hulk's even at his present smaller size. Xemnu also possesses superhuman stamina and durability, and he has a gifted intellect with advanced knowledge of genetics. His main resource lies in his enormous, extraordinary psionic abilities, including telepathy, hypnosis, possession, and levitation. 

The Man-Beast is a fictional character who appears in the comic books published by Marvel Comics. The Man-Beast was once an ordinary red wolf that is captured and mutated on Mount Wundagore by the High Evolutionary - a being intent on creating an army of New Men from animals. 

Ulik is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He usually appears as an adversary of Thor. Ulik belongs to a race of Rock Trolls who live in the dimension of Asgard in the "Domain of Trolls" in Nornheim. Like all trolls, Ulik has an innate hatred of the Asgardians as they were driven underground by the King of the Norse gods, Odin, and forbidden to live on the surface. Ulik possesses superhuman strength, stamina and durability, and has the ability to see into the infrared range of the spectrum, allowing complete night vision. He is also a superior hand-to-hand combatant. In battle, Ulik uses "pounders", metal bands forged from uru and worn over the hands like brass knuckles.

Doctor Bong (Lester Verde) is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character possesses an advanced knowledge of genetic engineering, and his bell-shaped helmet can be struck to create a number of effects. He is depicted as an arch-foe of Howard the Duck.

Darkhawk (Christopher Powell) is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character first appeared in Darkhawk #1 (Mar. 1991), and was created by writer Tom DeFalco and artist Mike Manley. Christopher Powell was born in Queens, New York. While witnessing his policeman father accept a bribe from a crime boss at an abandoned amusement park, teenager Chris Powell discovered a mysterious amulet. This amulet allowed him to switch places with a powerful android that his mind controlled. Powell vowed to use the amulet as "an edge against crime." In this role, he worked with other superheroes and battled a number of costumed villains.

Mysteria (Last name revealed to be Winters) was a member of Superia's Femizons. Mysteria was invited by Superia to be part of the Femizons. As part of that group, Mysteria participated in the en masse attack on Captain America and Paladin when they were discovered. Mysteria, through some undefined power, can release a thick mist around herself, which lacks any oxygen, leaving her opponents confused and panicking. She also uses a pair of "Mist-Sticks", which can generate an electric shock that paralyzes the victim.

Mike Storm is the son of Max Storm and Kim Shotwer. Mike traveled to the past to help his parents and Mike, in the future, is a cyborg. Mike Storm helps whenever he can and only when it affects the future. Mike Storm in the present is a preschooler and when he time travels to the past from the future he’s in his 40’s.

“Mr. Random” Steven J. Butler, Jr. (Bucky) is pretty much the one wrote this whole book and he’s a real person. In the Lost Worlds of Buckstevenson his characters think he’s god, but he’s think of myself more as a protector then a god (even though in the worlds he created he has godlike powers). He’s pretty much your avenge teenager and he’s pretty shy around people. He has many learning disorders like Aspergers, ADD, OCD, and a lot more. He love dogs and writing books. His dream is that one day he will go into the entertainment industry and become a filmmaker among other things. He still wonders if his adventures in the Lost Worlds of Buckstevenson were real or just dreams, that’s for you to decide I guess.

Skull the Slayer Remake Notes For Dream Marvel Comic Book!

Young struggling comic book writer Steven Bucky Butler gets a gig at Marvel Comics. Steven Bucky Butler has a new idea for a remake of an old forgotten character from the 70’s called “Skull the Slayer”.

Marvel gives the green light to publish the Skull the Slayer remake.  Little does Steven Bucky Butler know that he has caused a rift in the comic book world.  Skull the Slayer has been safeguarding two artifacts that ensure peace between the alternate Earth's tribes on an alternate Earth where dinosaurs, primitives, and aliens co-existed.  Suddenly, Skull the Slayer realizes that’s he’s a fictional character who has been forgotten by comic book fans.   Skull the Slayer has new meta powers and can break the forth wall just like another hero.

When Skull the Slayer, using his meta and forth wall breaking powers, talks to Steven Bucky Butler, they both agree that he should become a superhero in the vein of Deadpool.  Skull the Slayer has returned to the Marvel Universe with a bang. Skull the Slayer gains the attention of Hydra and it’s leader Baron Wolfgang von Strucker who wants to learn the secrets of Skull the Slayer’s meta powers to use them for evil.

Due to the threat of Hydra, Skull the Slayer hires four super powered bodyguards to protect him.  These four just happen to also be famous Marvel characters Bishop, Darkhawk (Christopher Powell), Ulik, and Mike Storm.

Additionally, Skull the Slayer is in a feud with Deadpool.  Due to their abilities to break the forth wall they are evenly matched. Deadpool is also working alongside Hydra in order to stop Skull the Slayer.  Surprisingly over time, Skull the Slayer and Deadpool become friends despite Deadpool considering Skull the Slayer his copycat.

Skull finds out he has a son from his ex-girlfriend Aleytys "Lee" Forrester. Aleytys "Lee" Forrester is the former captain of the fishing trawler, Arcadia.  After breaking up with Skull the Slayer, she becomes a successful plus size model.  The teenage son of Skull and Aleytys "Lee", James Patrick Scully, Jr. is a Goth kid with supernatural powers and he joins his father in his superhero adventures.

While Skull the Slayer, James Patrick Scully, Jr., and Skull’s bodyguards Bishop, Darkhawk (Christopher Powell), Ulik, and Mike Storm continue to fight crime and Hydra, Skull the Slayer grows more insane.

Steven Bucky Butler, worrying about Skull the Slayer reaches out to his creator Marv Wolfman to seek his advice.  Marv Wolfman tells Bucky that he is on his own and will not get involved with Skull the Slayer. Marv Wolfman knows the true reason why Skull the Slayer is forgotten. So Steven Bucky Butler continues to write stories for Skull the Slayer at the cost of Skull’s sanity.

Steven Bucky Butler continues to create new threats and foes for Skull the Slayer.  He will continue until either the book gets canceled or Steven Bucky Butler runs out of ideas and decides to end it.

Skull the Slayer, a forgotten Marvel hero returns with new powers and new look on life!

Saturday Morning Toons Character Bios!

Lenny the Leopard is the star of a cartoon from the 60’s called “The Lenny Leopard Show” and he loves to be a hero. Lenny the Leopard is cocky and cool.  Lenny the Leopard is a very proud citizen of Wackyland Lenny the Leopard has many friends including his best friend, roommate and sidekick Snapper the Snapping Turtle.

Lenny the Leopard loves playing baseball when he’s not out on adventures or battling his rival Flea-Boy the Clown.  Lenny the Leopard loves pie, but his favorite kind of pie is cherry.   He has super speed.  Lenny the Leopard has lived most of his life not knowing he is a fictional cartoon character. One day he finds out the truth about who he really is and he, along with Snapper the Snapping Turtle, begins hopping through different cartoons on Saturday mornings.

Lenny the Leopard comes to realize that his show has been in reruns for decades. He hasn’t done anything new and it’s been the same thing everyday. First, Lenny uses this newfound ability of hoping from TV show to TV show to go on new adventures and be an even greater hero. But Lenny grows homesick and tries to find his way home back to his own show.  After many adventures, he makes it back to his show.

Lenny the Leopard also finds out he’s the mascot of “Funtime Animation Studios”, the studio that created his show. Lenny the Leopard is all in all a great guy and a very loyal friend.

Snapper the Snapping Turtle is Lenny the Leopard’s nerdy sidekick. Snapper is a little cowardly and rarely tries anything new. Snapper loves reading and his favorite book is Don Quixote. Snapper is a loyal sidekick of Lenny the Leopard.  One day he and Lenny gain the ability to go to different Saturday morning TV shows.  Even though Snapper is depressed to learn that he is actually a fictional character, as he enters other shows he gains a confidence he never had before.  Snapper is able to do things he would never do in his own show.   He is more powerful and assertive.

While Snapper is hopping through different TV shows, he gets the chance to be a wrestling heavyweight champion and he has a girlfriend who is a female anime superhero Expo Flight.  Over time, he is less and less of a coward.

During the journey through different TV shows, Snapper the Snapping Turtle begins to question his friendship with Lenny.   The pair even gets some counseling from Dr. Piz on his talk show.  Snapper cares about Lenny even though know they rarely see eye to eye.

Snapper the Snapping Turtle learns to finally stand up for himself and begins to realize that he can be more than just some goofy sidekick. Snapper is a voice of reason and logical while also being a pretty fun guy.

Flea-Boy the Clown is a bad guy who loves being bad. The leader of a gang of evil clowns and the rival of Lenny the Leopard, Flea-Boy the Clown will do anything to take over Wackyland.

Flea-Boy the Clown loves to smoke cigars and is a skilled inventor. Through a magical event, Flea-Boy the Clown is given a magical paintbrush by an animator from his show and gains the ability to alter reality. With Lenny and Snapper now gone from their show, Flea-Boy the Clown, using his magical paintbrush, begins to take control of Wackyland. He makes himself the star of Lenny’s show, going as far as to rename the show, “The Flea-Boy the Clown Show”.

Along with wanting to be the ruler of Wackyland, Flea-Boy the Clown wants to be a star and a leading man. When Flea-Boy the Clown learns that he’s a fictional character, the first thing he asks is, “How famous am I?”  Flea-Boy the Clown becomes more evil and power hungry each and every day.  Flea-Boy the Clown soon wants to take over more than just Wackyland, he wants to rule the entire universe and declares himself a god.

Flea-Boy the Clown is very greedy and would do anything for money. Flea-Boy the Clown luckily is always defeated, but dreams that one day he’ll win in the end.

Neil is a 9-year-old boy who loves cartoons. Neil always watches Saturday morning cartoons except on the Saturdays when he can play baseball. Neil besides loving cartoons really loves baseball and will always play it even though he isn’t very good.

But the Saturday he was supposed to play his big game, a thunderstorm was the first thing he woke up too the day of his big game. So with it raining all day, Neil is stuck inside watching TV all Saturday morning instead of playing baseball.  But this thunderstorm caused something magical to happen to Neil’s TV. Neil happened to be watching “The Lenny Leopard Show” when lighting hit Neil’s TV antenna and caused Lenny and Snapper to be trapped inside Neil’s TV. Now whenever Neil changes the channel, Lenny and Snapper end up on whatever show Neil is watching.

So Neil is seeing Lenny and Snapper on every TV show he watches which kind of annoys him. But Neil’s Saturday gets even weirder when Lenny and Snapper come out of the TV and enter his bedroom.

Now Neil has to find a way to return Lenny and Snapper back home. With the help of Earl the TV repairman, Neil is able to get Lenny and Snapper back home.

Even though Neil wanted to spend Saturday June 9^th 1997 playing baseball he ended up having a Saturday morning that must kids would dream of.

Earl is an elderly TV repairman and a former animator at Funtime Animation Studios.  After being laid off by Funtime Animation Studios, Earl began to learn how he can communicate with cartoon characters on TV. Earl inverted a special microphone which he can hook up to the TV and use to communicate with his creations.

Earl soon becomes a godlike figure among his cartoon creations and he gives his favorite creation Flea-Boy the Clown a magical paintbrush that can alter the reality of his cartoon. Earl likes being worshiped as a god and kind of cares the cartoon characters he had a hand in creating.

Earl happens to be a Neil’s house when the TV in Neil’s living room breaks and Earl discovers that Neil trapped Lenny and Snapper inside his TV.  Now Earl has to free his creations out of the TV and return them home. Earl knows that most of what happened this Saturday is his fault but being the TV repairman he must fix it.

Earl eventually gets Lenny and Snapper back home and fixes Neil’s TV. Earl also eventually takes back the magical paintbrush, which happened to be what he used to draw his cartoons.  Earl still likes to talk to his cartoon creations from time to time and Earl still holds a lot of power in Wackyland.

  

Expo Flight is from an anime show called “Team Expo” which is about a superhero team called Team Expo. Expo Flight is the only female member of Team Expo and she doesn’t quite get along with her teammates. Expo Flight has the power to fly and that’s about it.

One day, Lenny and Snapper arrive on her show and she joins them in their adventures.  Now that Expo Flight knows that she’s a fictional character she realizes that she can start a new life elsewhere because she’s tired of life on her show and they way her teammates treat her.

Expo Flight begins to develop a crush on Snapper and eventually throughout this adventure they start dating. Expo Flight also loves to dance and becomes quite happy when she ends up in a music video.

Expo Flight is a bit of a rebel and she often doesn’t really listen to Lenny and Snapper that much. Expo Flight  eventually realizes that even though she isn’t appreciated on her show, she knows her team needs her. Expo Flight along with Lenny and Snapper find their way home back to their own shows but Expo Flight still continues to talk to her now long distance boyfriend Snapper the Snapping Turtle.

Expo Flight also eventually gets a spin off show where she’s the star and doesn’t have to be a team player, she couldn’t be any happier.

Salizard is an evil wizard from a cartoon called “The Warriors” and Salizard in his world may be the bad guy but in reality he’s actually a pretty nice guy.

Salizard originally wanted nothing more than to rule the world but after he visited a preschool show it changed his personality to the point where he became a whole lot nicer.

Salizard now loves to give hugs and he has become quite a loyal ally of Lenny and Snapper in their quest to get home. Salizard loves polka music and dancing. Salizard now using his magical powers for good, helps defeat Flea-Boy the Clown and save the day.

Salizard is actually a little sad when he has to go back to his show because he doesn’t want to be the bad guy anymore. But Salizard knows that he is an important part of his show and even though he hates it, he has to be the villain because that what he was meant to be. Salizard may be a bad guy but that doesn’t mean he’s a bad guy.

Funky Monkey is the mascot of Funky Flakes cereal and a very cool guy. Funky Monkey is straight out of the 70’s and he’s very hip and happening.

Funky Monkey befriends Lenny and Snapper after the hop into one of his commercials and now Funky Monkey joins Lenny and Snapper in their quest to get home. Funky Monkey slowly begins to realize he isn’t that cool or funky but yet he slowly becomes a better person in realizing he doesn’t have to be cool in order to have friends.

Funky Monkey also likes to hit on Expo Flight even though she has no interest in him and Funky Monkey is quite the ladies’ man. Funky Monkey is also a skilled martial artist, which makes him pretty good in a fight. After he helped Lenny and Snapper get back home, Funky Monkey returns to his commercial world and continues to eat his Funky Flakes with a whole lot of bananas.
