Kenny wants to do an interview with a childhood hero of his, the local TV puppeteer, Ken Jimson. But there’s only one problem, Ken Jimson currently lives in a mental health ward. Ken Jimson actually thinks his legendary puppet creation Dr. Dragon is a real person. Ken basically suffers from multiple personality disorder. Kenny, really wanting to get an interview with his hero, sneaks film equipment into the mental health ward and films his dream interview with Ken Jimson, who’s basically a crazy man now. Ken’s interview is nothing but nonsense, but Ken was happy to meet Kenny. He gives Kenny one of his puppets before he leaves. Kenny and Paul decide not to use Ken Jimson’s interview in the documentary because of many legal ramifications. However, when Kenny visits Earl at the nursing home, he discovers the real Ken Jimson is Earl’s roommate. Much to Kenny’s surprise the person they interviewed in the mental health ward was just some crazy man. Kenny meets and interviews the real, Ken Jimson, and now Kenny decides it’s finally time to leave LA to interview more of his heroes for his documentary.
