Cool Fox and Camel gave a thumbs up at The Gifted and rushed into the cave with a few soldiers as backup. While The Gifted battled Ivan the Crusher outside the cave.
Cool Fox, Camel, and the soldiers started to explore the cave while looking for The Shrew King. Cool Fox spotted one of The Shrew King’s pet shrews and picked it up. After Cool Fox picked up the tiny shrew, the sound of a flute could be heard as shrews rushed in and attacked them. The soldiers fought the shrews while Cool Fox and Camel went deeper into the cave. As Cool Fox and Camel got deeper into the cave, it was slowly becoming otherworldly. Cool Fox and Camel entered another world at the center of the Earth. Filled with dinosaurs and other amazing creatures. “Are you seeing this Cool Fox?” asked Camel. “It’s like a hallow Earth. But where is the…,” said Cool Fox. Before Cool Fox could finished his sentence, a caveman ran in front of them at super speed. The caveman pounded his chest and then jumped up into the air and began flying around. “Is that a flying caveman or am I going crazy?” asked Cool Fox. “Don’t worry, I see him too. We better capture this guy for research,” said Camel. Camel pulled out a sandwich from his pocket which got the attention of the caveman. The caveman grabbed the sandwich out of Camel’s hoof and rapidly at it. Camel ejected the caveman with a sedative and the caveman became unconscious. Cool Fox and Camel carried the caveman as the slowly made their way back to the exit. Before they could leave though, out of nowhere The Shrew King popped out of the ground and he was holding a golden flute. “Look what I found,” said The Shrew King. “You found the CMJ,” said Cool Fox. “No, I found a way to control the CMJ. Now all I have to do is wake him up,” said The Shrew King. The Shrew King started to play the golden flute which woke up the caveman and it was at that time Cool Fox and Camel realized the caveman was the CMJ.
Now Cool Fox and Camel had to fight the CMJ and The Shrew King all by themselves in a strange world. Elsewhere The Gifted defeated Ivan the Crusher and handed him over to the FBI. “So, I guess Ivan was working with The Shrew King. I wonder what’s taking Cool Fox and Camel so long,” said Dr. Laser. “We better go into the cave and look for them. Let’s go team,” said Dr. Strong. The Gifted entered the cave and saw the soldiers’ corpuses being eating by shrews. Dr. Strong grabbed a walkie-talkie out of one of the dead soldier’s pocket and started to talk into it. “Hello, we need backup,” said Dr. Strong.
Cool Fox and Camel continue to fight the CMJ and they were about to be slaughtered only for The Gifted to come to their aide. Dr. Strong knocked out the CMJ with one punch. The Shrew King tried to play the golden flute again only for out of nowhere The GreenSpeed appeared and grabbed the golden flute out of his hands. “Curses, I’ll be back and stronger than ever!” cried The Shrew King. The Shrew King fled the scene. The GreenSpeed handed the golden flute to Cool Fox. “Sorry that I was late. Glad I came when I did,” said The GreenSpeed. Suddenly an earthquake occurred. Our heroes had to flee the scene before they get caved in.
Three days later, back at The Gifted’s headquarters. The CMJ was given a new name, and that name was Caveman Jr. Caveman Jr. became a new member of The Gifted and he also became their mascot. The FBI gave Caveman Jr. to The Gifted for them to train him and better control his superpowers. Through further research, it was discovered that Caveman Jr. was one of the first superheroes ever to exist. Caveman Jr. is still very primitive and behaves like a wild animal. But he’s smarter than you think and he’s waiting in the wings to fight crime. Just play the golden flute that controls him or give him a hotdog and you’ll have an instant superhero ally in your corner. Caveman Jr. is no longer a myth, he’s a legend!
