Hello, my name is Comic Strip Carl and I'm a comic strip reviewer. I review comic strips because no one else will. Today's review is of the legendary comic strip Dick Tracy.
Dick Tracy was created by Chester Gould in 1931 and is still running today. Dick Tracy has also appeared in comic books, a Saturday morning cartoon, and even a big budget movie back in the 90's.
