"Playroom: Knights of the Goodwill Quest" An Online Picture Book Plot Info
“Playroom: Knights of the Goodwill Quest” is a prequel/spin off of the “Playroom: The Living Toys” series and it focuses on the origins and founding of The Knights of the Goodwill from “Playroom: Before The Goodwill” and this story is a direct prequel to “Playroom: Before The Goodwill” and takes place two years before the events of “Playroom: Before The Goodwill” but with The Knights of Goodwill being the focus of this story.
Our story begins when an inventor and knight named Sir Eric Goodwilly starts working on an invention that he calls The God Summoner that he wants to use to contact the Gods of The Playroom. Sir Eric is developing The God Summoner alongside a mysterious figure known as The Wizard Knight, who has been in contact with the Gods for year now as a shaman and just because of his magical abilities. As Sir Eric and The Wizard Knight start working on their plans for The God Summoner, they are visited by their fellow knights who need their help. Now Sir Eric, The Wizard Knight and The Knights of the Goodwill must go on a quest to slay a monster that kidnapped a princess by orders of her father The King of The Playroom. Sir Eric, The Wizard Knight, and The Knights of Goodwill encounter during their quest to save the princess, The Dealer’s hitmen, The Mysterious Man and The Professor, GunMan’s Gang, The Beast (The Playmaster’s Pet), Dark God Woman and her son The Demon Prince, and many other monsters. Our heroes start mountain climbing with help of an action figure named Mountain Man who briefly aides them in defeating their enemies on their quest. Sir Eric, The Wizard Knight, and The Knights of the Goodwill reach the lair of the monster, only to learn that he’s not the real enemy, but that the Gods were planning to sacrifice the princess to try to prevent an apocalyptic event called “The Goodwill”.
Even though Sir Eric and The Knights of the Goodwill were ordered to protect the princess and her death would cause a great war inside The Playroom, The Knights of Goodwill decide for the greater good that the princess must be sacrificed to prevent “The Goodwill” from happening. But before The Gods can sacrifice the princess, The Mysterious Man and The Professor rescue the princess and prevent her sacrifice by the hands of the Gods. Plus, The Wizard Knight reveals he is working for The Mysterious Man and The Professor too. Now that the princess wasn’t sacrificed in time, “The Goodwill” will happen which means the end is near. Now the only hope for preventing “The Goodwill” is the lost son of God Woman and Hammer God, but who knows if the lost son even truly exists. After the failed quest and having his memory wiped of the prior events by the Gods, Sir Eric resumes work without The Wizard Knight on The God Summoner as The Mysterious Man, The Wizard Knight and The Professor try to find a way to free their master. The Mysterious Man, The Wizard Knight, and The Professor kill the princess because her sacrifice might help free their master, but they would soon learn that only a God can free their master. The Wizard Knight senses the child of the Gods is living a life as a slave in The Playroom. Now Mysterious Man goes to a coin farm to find a young slave who might be the solution to his problems.
As The King of The Playroom mourns his daughter’s death, he is visited by Dark God Woman and her son The Demon Prince who offer a deal to The King of The Playroom. The deal being, Dark God Woman can bring the princess back to life in exchange for her son The Demon Prince to marry her. The King of The Playroom refuses because he says he sold his kingdom and castle to the Mega Bucks corporation. And the money The Businessman and the Mega Bucks corporation paid him for his castle and kingdom is worth more in value to him than the life of his own daughter.
Now angry that she keeps being outwitted by her former lover and the father of her child The Businessman, Dark God Woman and The Demon Prince flee The King of The Playroom’s castle and continue to plot their revenge against The Businessman. Meanwhile, as Sir Eric continues his work on The God Summoner, he is visited by The Businessman and three executives of The Mega Bucks corporation who wish to try to buy the patents of his God Summoner. Sir Eric refuses The Businessman’s offer, now The Businessman and Mega Bucks must make their own God Summoner. But that’s another story…

“Playroom: The Master Origins” is a prequel/spin off of the “Playroom: The Living Toys” series and this story focuses on the origins of the character of The Master.
Our story begins when a monster named Stooge works at the Mega Bucks corporation as a security guard. Stooge dreams of bigger and better things which include, for him, to rule the world. Stooge’s boss, a mysterious figure known as The Businessman, also wants to rule the world, especially rule over The Playroom. Stooge sucks up to The Businessman to gain his trust because Stooge will eventually betray him. Stooge forms an alliance with Professor Higgins, who works in Mega Bucks’ R&D department on a special addictive ginger ale concoction, and a meek accountant named Rick. Stooge, Professor Higgins, and Rick plot a heist to steal all the Businessman’s treasures from his vault. Stooge also forms an alliance with a mysterious figure known as The Wizard Knight who grants him God-like powers and strength. The Wizard Knight is secretly evilly but pretends to be a force for good inside The Playroom as a shaman for a tribe that harvest junk food for the Mega Bucks Corporation. While Stooge, Professor Higgins and Rick plan their heist, The Businessman is dealing with another issue.
The Businessman has been having an affair with Dark God Woman and he learns that she is pregnant with his child. The Businessman breaks up with Dark God Woman because he doesn’t want to be a father. Dark God Woman, with her heart broken and in anger, makes it so their son will grow up at a rapid pace. And once their son is fully grown, Dark God Woman says she’ll make their demonic son kill him.
Only during an office party, Rick accidentally and drunkenly reveals their heist plans to Stooge’s rival, another security guard named Wise Guy, who rats them out to The Businessman. The Businessman fires the Professor Higgins and Rick, but he has a harsher punishment for Stooge. The Businessman imprisons Stooge inside a cereal box prison forever and the only way Stooge could be freed from his imprisonment is for a being more powerful than The Businessman to let him out. Now Stooge is trapped inside a cereal box prison and locked up inside a storage room deep inside Mega Bucks headquarters. But things would get worse when The Businessman’s now mature adult demonic son, now known as The Demon Prince, returns during the office party to kill his father. But Wise Guy battles The Demon Prince to his death. But before The Demon Prince could be killed by The Businessman’s other security guards, Dark God Woman returns to rescue her son. Dark God Woman warns The Businessman this isn’t the last time that he’ll see her or their son. And that The Businessman will die at their son’s hand and lose everything because of his greed. With their son eventually becoming, The Demon King and true ruler of The Playroom.
After Stooge gets imprisoned forever inside the cereal box, Rick, who renames himself The Mysterious Man, and Professor Higgins, who now just goes as simply The Professor, now work to free Stooge who is not only their friend, but their Master. Because Stooge is no more, but The Master’s story has just begun! As The Wizard Knight forms a fellowship of knights called The Knights of the Goodwill to protect and police The Playroom, but that’s another story…

Badass and God Woman’s son would eventually grow up to become a drug smuggler named BJ, who would not learn of his true birthright and origins until years later, but that’s a story for another time to discuss. Two years later, God Woman and Hammer Man would also have a son of their own which they named Neo and Neo will be destined for great things, but that’s another story…

Badass and his brother discover that a figure known as The Businessman is hiring. Brother Badass goes to work for The Businessman, but Badass doesn’t wish to work for The Businessman. After Badass and his brother part ways, Badass decides to become a hero for hire and joins a gang lead by a man known simply as GunMan. GunMan’s Gang is made up of three members, Fat Biker, Mountain Man and Giant Woman. Giant Woman is the girlfriend of GunMan. Badass and GunMan’s Gang are hired by a wealthy man named Professor Higgins Mentor in The Playroom who wants them to capture two Con Artists who happened to con Professor Higgins out of his pet dog, Muffins.
Badass and GunMan’s Gang travel across The Playroom and after many hijinks and close calls, including an epic horrific encounter with a huge creature known as The Beast (The Playmaster’s Pet) in the jungle and a near fatal confrontation with The Demon Prince, Dark God Woman and The Dealer’s hitmen, they capture the two Con Artists who reveal that they were all conned by Professor Higgins. Muffins doesn’t belong to Professor Higgins. Muffins belongs to a bounty hunter named Carl Mentor and it was the wealthy Professor Higgins that stole Muffins from Carl Mentor.
Badass and GunMan’s Gang go to the office where Professor Higgins works to confront him, only to discover that Professor Higgins was just killed by a bounty hunter named Carl Mentor who took his dog Muffins back.
GunMan’s Gang recognizes the bounty hunter Carl as a fugitive and chase after him. Badass confronts the fugitive Carl, but before Badass could kill Carl, a monster attacks them and Badass is injured. Badass is knocked out cold and when he awakens, Carl Mentor tends to his wounds. Carl Mentor reveals that he and Higgins are brothers.
He says that his brother Professor Higgins made a fortune out of a ginger ale concoction that makes The Dealer’s corn chips even more addictive. So that’s why Carl and his wealthy brother Professor Higgins are fugitives because of their involvement in The Dealer’s corn chip dealing operations. But Carl doesn’t want to be a corn chip dealer, so he quit, as his wealthy brother Professor Higgins grew richer and richer while also developing a bad addiction to his ginger ale corn chip creation. Carl also shares that The Dealer and The Businessman formed an agreement where Mega Bucks corporation aides in the distribution of the corn chips.
After getting to know the bounty hunter Carl, Badass and Carl Mentor begin to bond as they start to form a fast friendship. Eventually, Badass leaves GunMan’s Gang and becomes a bounty hunter with Carl Mentor. Now Badass and Mentor have a working relationship and Carl Mentor becomes a father figure to Badass. Badass starts to just call Carl by his last name, Mentor, because Carl is now the mentor of Badass. Little do Badass and Mentor know is that The Wizard Knight brought Professor Higgins back to life and Professor Higgins joins forces with Wizard Knight’s boss, The Master and his ally The Mysterious Man.
As for Badass’s brother, he and a co-worker friend named Cool Fox start to plan a rebellion to overthrow The Businessman and destroy the Mega Bucks corporation from within. Brother Badass would also eventually form an alliance with Dark God Woman and The Demon Prince after they recently quit working for The Dealer. After learning that The Demon Prince is the unwanted son of The Businessman and the sole heir of his fortune, Brother Badass and Cool Fox know The Demon Prince is the key to their plan. But Brother Badass and Cool Fox order The Demon Prince and Dark God Woman to wait to seek vengeance upon The Businessman until the time is right.
The Demon Prince and Dark God Woman agree to wait, but Dark God Woman warns that an event called The Goodwill is coming and that only a few will remain. But there is one being who might be able to prevent this event, but he must be found first before The Businessman finds him first. As for Badass and Mentor, they would eventually find a gig hunting an escaped slave named Neo. But that’s a story for another day…
