PANEL 3: The Skull Slasher, whose head is nothing but a skull, wearing street clothes, a black cape, holding two katana swords is running beside Max Storm.

MAX STORM: Hey Skull.

THE SKULL SLASHER: Hey Max.

SFX: HOWL!
