Plot
Summary: When Max Storm was child, his father was killed by a werewolf.
To avenge his father’s death, Max began to study everything he could about
werewolves in hopes of stopping them for good. It was soon after this he became
Max Storm, werewolf hunter extraordinaire.
Max Storm wasn’t alone in his quest to
rid the world of the world of monsters. Max Storm formed a team of monster
hunters. Max Storm is the leader of the team and he’s a skilled hunter, soldier
and martial artist.
Max Storm’s team includes three members
who oddly enough are monsters themselves. The Skull Slasher, a former serial killer whose face was
burnt so bad after falling into a bucket of acid, his face no longer has skin,
but is merely bone. The Skull Slasher was a former rival of Max Storm, but they
soon became friends.
Mr.
Tallenstine, a former circus strongman who starts out as a fat guy, but when he
sucks in his huge gut he becomes taller and stronger. Lastly, Kim Shotwer, who
is actually a werewolf herself. She
learned how to turn into a werewolf at will, thus controlling her werewolf
curse. Kim Shotwer is the sister of The Skull Slasher and she secretly has a
crush on Max Storm. Max Storm also has a hunting dog named Caper and Caper the
Dog wears a magical collar that catches ghosts.
Along
with fighting monsters, Max Storm has to deal with some non-monster foes including
the Red Crickets. The Red Crickets are a criminal organization led by the
powerful warlord Long and includes many other powerful members. Long’s goal is
to free the powerful Demon King Mogwax. Once freed, Demon King Mogwax will
bring forth years of darkness where demons and monsters will reign supreme.
Max Storm’s
team also has to deal with rival monster hunters that include The Red Bros.
(Mike Red and Rick Red). The Red Bros. (Mike Red and Rick Red) aren’t very well
trained to hunt monsters, but they do star in their own reality TV show about
hunting monsters. The Mystery Misfits are a trio of teenage detectives made up
of Donnie, the leader of the group, Minnie, the beautiful popular girl, Mitt,
the nerdy teenage boy, and Mitt’s pet okapi Oupa. Sometimes they even encounter
The Skull Slasher’s rival Gacy Gein Dahmer who is a serial killer and body
snatcher. Max Storm and his team travel the world and face many different kinds
of monsters, from the vampire prince of Transylvania, Prince Norna, to the
demonic pig monster, Devil Devil the Pig.
Max Storm
and his team are always after their greatest and most powerful foe, the werewolf
who killed Max Storm’s father, the legendary Werewolf King. The Werewolf King
is the king of all werewolves and he’s also the son of Demon King Mogwax. The
Werewolf King is also the werewolf who bit Kim Shotwer giving her the werewolf
curse. Max Storm seems to never defeat The Werewolf King but he’ll never give
up his quest, because if he does, he will feel like he’s letting his father
down.
Max Storm
and his team are always hunting monsters and they feel like they are the
world’s secret protectors from things that go bump in the night. Max Storm started
out wanting to avenge his father’s death, but now is the greatest monster
hunter the world has ever seen. Max Storm feels proud that he himself actually
turned three monsters into heroes. He always tries to see the good in both
people and monsters. Thus the legend of Max Storm’s Monster Hunters, the heroes
of the night, continues forever more!
